Now this is one way to 'capture' the art of the Olympics!
British artist Peter Spens is spending 14 hours each day at the Eiffel Tower Stadium to draw a 1.22 by 1.01m canvas of the beach volleyball venue. The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) has commissioned him to do this painting. At the end of competition, each of the beach volleyball medallists will receive a signed print edition. He has also painted the beach volleyball venues at London 2012 and Rio 2016.
Shooting: Nathan Hales (GBR) wins men's trap gold!
The world record holder is now an Olympic champion, and an Olympic record holder!
The 28-year-old puts in a sublime performance in the men's trap final, hitting 48 out of 50 targets to set a new Olympic record and win gold.
There's more history made for Qi Ying (CHN) and Jean Pierre Brol Cardenas (GUA) in second and third, respectively.
Qi's silver is the first Olympic medal of any colour in men's trap for the People's Republic of China, while Brol Cardenas earns Guatemala only its second medal (of any event) in Olympic history!
All over and the Canadian players spill out of the dugout onto the pitch in absolute delight!
Australia are left to console each other.
Canada will play New Zealand in tonight's final at 7:45pm. Australia face the USA for bronze at 7pm.
"It took a whole squad effort," try-scorer Asia Hogan-Rochester tells Olympics.com afterwards.
"And when I say whole squad, I don't mean the 14 people that are on our paper, I mean the extended group of 23 to 25 athletes that we have, some of us are on the field and some of us are back home watching and cheering, and along with the athletes, it's also a matter of our support staff that back us entirely.
"I'm just so proud of the overall group that's honestly been supporting us from day one.
"It's really humbling (to be in the final), just history and none of the success of our team would be possible without the people who wore the jersey before us.
"I just want to shout out all the women who were in the bronze-medal match in Rio (2016) and all of the women who put on the jersey in Tokyo as well."

Canada on verge of another rugby shock
And just like that, Canada have the lead!
From a 5m lineout on the near side, they work the ball out towards the posts and Asia Hogan-Rochester scores! The conversion is good.
Another upset on the cards?
Wow! Canada have crossed again through Piper Logan! But the ref is sending this to the TMO.
It's given and the conversion is good. 21-12 and Australia are staring down the barrel of defeat!
Black Ferns 7s reach women's rugby sevens final
Well, the Black Ferns 7s were just too good in that second half.
There's a reason they're defending Olympic champions and have booked their spot in the final.
They dominated that second half, running in three tries to USA's one, and win 24-12.
Can Portia Woodman-Wickliffe retire with another gold medal?
The second semi-final is between current World Cup champions, SVNS series Grand Final winners, and Rio 2016 gold medallists Australia and Canada, who stunned France last night in the quarter-finals.
Paris 2024 is Murray's last Olympics - last tournament, in fact, before he retires - so the tennis legend is making the most of it!
Murray has been tracking down as many Olympic pins as he can find, including one from Liechtenstein's sole
